The platform is available in English and Traditional Chinese. The manager interface allows managers to approve work orders, review performance and track KPI. The technicians can use the app to access real-time information on equipment failure, create and execute work orders. For end-users, the app enables them to report and track equipment failures in their buildings.

Combining maintenance management with artificial intelligence, the platform automatically assigns work orders created by tenants and staff to the technicians based on their expertise and location. Technicians can receive push notifications and filter work orders by type, location, equipment, and priority.

The Planner module estimates work duration of each work order and allows the manager to supervise the work plan execution in real time. Technicians and managers can check scheduled preventive maintenance works and pending tasks on the calendar.

The platform collects all data entered by field technicians and transforms it into intelligent suggestions, helping reduce human errors and make the process faster.The built-in location-based asset map helps record equipment status and critical information. Users can add photos, technical specifications, certificates, warranties and more.
