The “Smart Energy Transitions Workshop 2021: The Prospects and Challenges of Human-centred Smart Energy Transitions in Hong Kong and Asia”, organised by the Hong Kong Baptist University, was held in Feb 2021.

The Workshop aims to bring together energy stakeholders across academic, government and business to discuss the various pathways leading to a future of a smart technology-enabled society. The Workshop covers topics that underpin energy transition and opportunities, e.g. smart grid, open access of data and technology application etc., and we were proud to see our Pubs, Associate Director of CLP Innovation, to shed lights on smart buildings solutions in Hong Kong.

The urgency of the transition to a more resilient future powered by sustainable and smart energy has been heightened by increasing concerns over climate impacts.
