All-in-one energy management platform

Whether conducting a periodic energy performance review or implementing an energy-saving project, consolidating energy consumption data for analysis and reporting can be difficult, particularly for building managers who manually consolidate energy consumption data from multiple buildings.

A centralised energy management platform enables facility management team to visualise, monitor and track energy consumption and performance for multiple buildings and evaluate effectiveness of an energy-saving project.

How does it work?

How does it work?

Our intelligent, all-in-one building energy management platform, Building Portfolio, combines big data analytics with energy efficiency to visualise and analyse energy consumption performance and evaluate savings from a variety of energy sources such as electricity, gas, thermal energy, water, etc. for multiple buildings with real-time energy and sensor data. Renewable energy generated by renewable energy assets can also be connected into the platform.

The platform uses AI algorithms to forecast energy consumption and provide alerts in event of anomaly detection in energy consumption patterns. The platform also allows users to benchmark energy consumption across all facilities and create own defined baseline model for tracking energy savings in Measurement & Verification (M&V) projects utilising IPMVP protocol.

Features

Features

By analysing real-time energy data from sensors, the energy management platform runs automatic and proactive energy management for you. The anomaly detection function can detect energy consumption and alert you in the event of abnormalities.

The platform improves prediction accuracy by continuously learning from previous consumption patterns. It can provide a tailored forecast of energy consumption which helps to estimate electricity bills and identify energy-saving opportunities.

The platform’s Measurement & Verification (M&V) module allows you to define your energy baseline model and use it to track energy savings in M&V projects by utilising the International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol (IPMVP).

It allows you to benchmark multiple buildings by categorising them into different regions, districts, zones, and other tags to analyse your energy consumption. Normalisation factors such as weather, occupancy, and floor space would further empower you to compare building energy portfolios holistically.

The platform automates your analysis and reporting workflows by providing over 15 ready-made templates or reports that can be customised. Users can also schedule automated reports and export reports in various formats including PDF, Word, and Excel. The intuitive and easy-to-use interfaces and dashboards are available to visualise the gathered data.
